Policies and Procedures

What to Expect on your First Visit?

I will take any needed x-rays in order to better visualize the biomechanical state of your spine. I will then perform and examination of your range of motion, muscle strength and neurological sensations that relate to your spinal column and exiting nerves. Your spine will be examined in order to see if you have any vertebral subluxations or misalignments. You will then receive neuro-muscular “aka” trigger point therapy, which will release tension on the spine and muscles, making the adjustment easier and with little or no force. After reviewing your examination and x-ray findings, you will receive your first adjustment.
